Truth is I worked at two companies 4 years in the first (contract to full time) and then 5 in the second. The only way is to run your own business; not as a contract. I have my own office now and work out of that. I pick and choose my clients and jobs, and we're both happier. I have been doing this for 2 months now and am incorporating this week.
